As a Payroll Manager at Dr. Reddys Laboratories, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end payroll processes including inputs for attendance, overtime, arrears, and stop salary cases. You will be required to handle employee queries and grievances related to payroll, KRONOS, and apprentice stipend processes. Additionally, you will monitor contract labor deployment, ensure compliance with agreements, and manage consequence protocols, CSM card approvals, and online attendance verification.Your key responsibilities will include supporting social, legal, internal, and North Star audits, ensuring continuity in audit certifications and site readiness. You will also be responsible for sharing monthly HR MIS reports, monitoring footfall, generating MIS for EWH & QC deployment, and preparing site deck analytics.In terms of SAP Data Management, you will update SAP with relevant employee data such as L1 changes and position descriptions. You will also be coordinating HR material procurement with SCM, creating material codes, and raising purchase requisitions (PRs). Tracking the status of full and final settlements for separated employees and maintaining records and documentation for disciplinary cases will also be part of your role.You will need to track and report absenteeism, overtime, NC checks, and shift adherence daily in the KRONOS system. Maintaining site statutory documentation, clearing Compliance Watch tasks, and preparing and submitting statutory returns, challans, PF, and ESIC documentation on time will be essential. You will also be coordinating periodic and annual medical examinations and related PR/PO activities.In terms of qualifications, you are required to have a degree in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years of experience in HR Ops. Strong understanding of HR policies,
