Role Overview:In this vital role as a Scientific Business Analyst focusing on Research Data and Analytics, you will primarily analyze scientific requirements from Global Research and translate them into efficient information systems solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data product enhancement opportunities, perform data analysis, solve issues, support system implementation and maintenance, and develop data product launch and user adoption strategy for Amgen Research Foundational Data Systems. Your expertise in business process analysis and technology will play a crucial role in delivering IT solutions that drive operational efficiency and meet business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams across different geographical locations and ensure alignment with global standards and practices.Key Responsibilities:- Provide domain expertise for Research Data and Analytics within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product team- Serve as Agile team scrum master or project manager when required- Act as a liaison between global DTI functional areas and research scientists, prioritizing their needs- Create functional analytics dashboards and applications for quantitative research and business intelligence- Handle custom internal platforms, commercial off-the-shelf software, and systems integrations- Translate complex scientific and technological needs into clear requirements for development teams- Develop and maintain release deliverables outlining features, timelines, and milestones- Identify and manage risks associated with systems, including technological risks and user acceptance- Develop documentations, communication plans, and training plans for end users- Ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity,
