Job Description:
Bloom Energy is looking for energetic leader to join our Computation & Data Science team. This exciting position will allow the person to enable AI/ ML strategies for a growing fleet of Bloom Energy systems. We seek enthusiastic contributors with strong analytical and problem solving skills, and background in data science.

Location: This position will be based in Bangalore or Mumbai, India

Role and Responsibilities:
- Interact with stake owners for various functions across the organization and understand the business problems.
- Technical Focus : Code development & maintenance (70%), Architecture & technical design (20%), Strategic planning & technical vision (10%)
- Evaluate the business problem at hand and propose the AI/ ML based solution.
- Work with the various internal teams to design the detailed solution and guide the development of necessary data infrastructure.
- Work with a team of data scientists to execute on the proposed solution

where you'll leverage your expertise to drive AI/ML initiatives and deliver results as a subject matter expert.

Skills and Experience:
- Candidate must have 15+ years of background in Analytics, Data Science & Machine learning
- This will be a individual contributor role
- Experience as a Business Analyst/ Technical Consultant in the domain of Data Science Solutions is a plus.
- Must have hands on experience developing, validating and implementing ML models.
- Well versed with Python for data handling, algorithm development and model building.
- Familiarity with Cloud based environments. (Preferred – AWS).
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams and matrix organization.

Post- Graduate Education or Ph.D. in:
- Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Systems or Chemical Engineering.
