Role description:

The Program Process Manager will report to the Corporate Services (CS), Real Estate Solutions (RES) Governance Lead within the Centre of Excellence (COE) and will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining program process controls and document control systems in line with COE standards. The role will support global strategic programs across the firm’s real estate portfolio by conducting periodic quality audits of project documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, accuracy, completeness, and traceability. Based in Mumbai, India,



this position will provide support to large-scale global programs and therefore requires flexibility to work in alignment with a global delivery model.

Role accountabilities:
- Strong understanding of project processes, documentation standards, and document control practices, with the ability to create, maintain, and update program documents aligned to business objectives and real estate initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to distill complex technical and operational information into explicit, compelling documentation, including project briefs, executive summaries, decision memos, and scope revision documents.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, SMEs, technical leads, regional/global program managers, and
