Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, network systems, user support requirements, and document administration processes. The role requires solid technical troubleshooting capabilities along with coordination across internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations and compliance with documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Network & System Administration
- Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and Microsoft Exchange
- Ensure system uptime, performance optimization,



and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and system-level technical issues

User Support & IT Operations
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations
- Provide hardware, software, and operating system support
- Support internal stakeholders with day-to-day IT requirements

Security & Backup Management
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols
- Perform data backup, recovery, and restoration activities
- Ensure system and data integrity across infrastructure environments

Infrastructure Maintenance
- Install and maintain IT equipment, peripherals, and structured cabling
- Evaluate repair or replacement requirements for IT hardware
- Coordinate with vendors when required

Administrative & Document Support
- Manage project documentation filing, archiving, and submissions
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures
