Overview

Inovalon is looking for an Executive Communications Lead (Principal Creative Services Manager) who can translate complex business narratives into presentations that survive Board scrutiny. You will own the strategy, design, and execution of CEO-facing and Board material like investor decks, strategic initiatives, M&A; narratives, and quarterly business reviews.



This role is not about PowerPoint mechanics. It is about understanding how executives think, what moves their conviction, and what will withstand cross-examination in the boardroom. This role reports to the Head of Business Performance (ELT member) and is a standalone individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of Board materials, investor presentations, and executive strategic communications. This includes intake conversations with C-level stakeholders, narrative development, design iteration, and stakeholder management through final delivery.
- Develop airtight business cases and strategic narratives. Interrogate assumptions, pressure-test logic, identify weak spots, and restructure arguments before executives walk into the room. You will serve as the internal challenge partner, not just a designer.
