Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technology related sales or business development at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
- 3 years of experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, or developing team members.
- Experience in sales management and delivering against sales attainment goals.

Preferred qualifications:
- Proven experience managing, coaching, mentoring, and scaling technology sales teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud productivity tools, and artificial intelligence integration (specifically enterprise generative AI solutions).
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding team-level quota/business attainment goals in a business-to-business (B2B) ecosystem.
