Job Summary

We are looking for a Blockchain & Crypto Lead Generation Specialist who has hands-on experience generating qualified B2 B leads in the blockchain, Web3, crypto, AI, De Fi, and fintech industries. The ideal candidate should know how to identify decision-makers, build targeted prospect lists, run outreach campaigns, and deliver high-quality leads that convert into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads for blockchain, crypto, Web3, De Fi, NFT, AI, and fintech solutions. Research and identify startups, enterprises, exchanges, investors, VCs, validators, mining companies, and blockchain projects. Build verified databases of CEOs, Founders, CTOs, CMOs, Business Heads, and decision-makers. Generate leads through Linked In, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, crypto communities, events, and online directories. Execute cold email, Linked In outreach, and Whats App campaigns. Identify partnership opportunities with blockchain ecosystems and communities. Manage CRM and maintain an updated lead pipeline.



Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify and nurture leads. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment targets. Required Skills

3–7 years of experience in B2 B Lead Generation. Solid understanding of Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Web3, De Fi, Layer 1 & Layer 2 ecosystems, Smart Contracts, NFTs, RWA, AI, and tokenization. Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator, , Zoom Info, Crunchbase, Coin Market Cap, Coin Gecko, Crypto Rank, Pitch Book (preferred), and other lead generation platforms. Knowledge of email outreach tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, Smartlead, or similar. Experience with CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. Ability to research blockchain projects and identify business opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Experience
