Job Description

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are met at solar project sites. Your primary role will be to monitor and enforce safety practices to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental hazards. You will also lead safety audits, inspections,



and incident investigations, providing safety training and supporting the development of a solid safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Monitoring & Compliance:
- Ensure that all work activities on-site adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce safety measures to mitigate risks associated with civil and mechanical works on solar power projects.
- Ensure that all workers and subcontractors are using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols.
- Safety Training & Awareness:
- Provide regular safety training sessions to employees, contractors, and site workers on safety best practices and emergency procedures.
- Conduct orientation programs for new workers to familiarize them
