Job Summary

The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and managing construction projects, including infrastructure such as buildings, office, water systems, and other or projects. This role ensures structural integrity, compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in civil engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer in Training (EIT), where applicable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and project management skills

Key Responsibilities:




- Design and plan civil engineering projects using CAD software and other engineering tools
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects
- Oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects
- Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and environmental impact assessments
- Prepare engineering documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure projects comply with legal requirements, building codes, and health & safety standards
- Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and report to stakeholders
- Resolve design and construction issues during implementation
- Test materials, soils, and structures to ensure quality standards are met
