LatticeMind is the cybersecurity brand of ART Technology & Software — a 25+ year IT Services company headquartered in Kochi, with delivery and client coverage across the UK, Europe, and the GCC.Company delivers comprehensive managed cybersecurity for organisations that need to protect their infrastructure, stay compliant, and remain resilient — without the overhead of an in-house security team. Our focus is managed security operations, infrastructure protection, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks for fintech, BFSI, regulated industries, and growing mid-market companies.

Backed by ART's engineering depth, AI-led delivery model, and an established UK / European client base, Lattice Mind is now scaling as a focused cybersecurity services brand into India and the UK / EU markets. This is a foundational leadership hire.

2. What you will do Sales & Revenue Ownership

• Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales targets, with full accountability for revenue growth across India and the UK / EU.

• Consistently generate, qualify, and close new opportunities and recent logos across both geographies.

• Drive strategic sales motions for cybersecurity services, managed security offerings, and advanced security technologies.

• Personally lead pursuit of foundational enterprise accounts in the first 6 to 12 months

• Carry quota personally for the early phase of the role while building the team that will carry it later.
