Position Overview:
The Principal Designer is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the design process
across multiple projects, with a particular focus on high-value, high-budget assignments.
This role demands exceptional creative vision, robust leadership skills, and the ability to
manage complex projects from conception to completion. The Principal Designer will ensure
design excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals while




mentoring the design team and contributing to business development.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight:
Oversee the entire design process for multiple projects, ensuring timely
completion, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with client
expectations.
Take a hands-on approach to leading high-budget, high-value projects, setting
benchmarks for quality and innovation.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and support interior designers, junior team members, and
interns to foster professional growth and deliver exceptional design outcomes.
Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight to ensure cohesive
team performance.
3. Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and
addressing their needs and preferences to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business.
Build strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
