About the Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of Goodera’s global sales team. You’ll work directly with our Head of Sales (US-based) and partner closely with other sales team members to drive operations, streamline deal administration, and support strategic initiatives across the function.

Responsibilities
Support Account Directors directly with deal-specific action items, tracking, and communications. You must have an excellent client-facing presence in written and live communications. Sales support responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Joining client calls in support of the Account Directors (ADs)
- Understand client requirements and queries, and translate them into relevant deliverables and supporting materials
- Assist ADs with deals and prospects by taking ownership of both macro- and micro-level tasks
- Actioning call follow-ups, both client-facing and internally
- Bring internal teams together to coordinate solutions for clients
