Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Market Research Analyst
with 1–2 years of experience in secondary research, lead generation, and
outreach activities. The role involves supporting sales and marketing teams by
providing accurate research insights, managing prospect databases, and
executing structured outreach campaigns.

This position combines research, lead generation, and engagement, offering
exposure to real business development and client acquisition processes. The
ideal candidate should be comfortable working with online research tools,
Excel, CRM systems, and high-volume outreach tasks while maintaining solid
data quality and process compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Support

* Conduct secondary and internet research to identify potential prospects and
opportunities
* Generate a minimum of 5 qualified leads per week through LinkedIn,



email
marketing, and other platforms
* Build and maintain prospect and company databases for sales and marketing
teamsLead Qualification & Conversion

* Perform prospect outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone channels
* Ensure a minimum outreach of 600 prospects per month
* Support pipeline creation by qualifying and validating leads before passing
to sales teamsEmail Marketing Execution

* Execute bulk email campaigns across assigned verticals
* Ensure a daily volume of approximately 300 emails, totaling around 6000
emails per month
* Maintain quality, targeting accuracy, and proper segmentation in campaigns
Research & Data Management

* Perform company profiling, competitor analysis, and market segmentation
* Collect, clean, validate, and organize data in Excel and CRM systems
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regular database updatesProcess
Compliance

* Adhere to defined research
