About the role.
What you’ll be doing.
- Growth Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop and execute strategy for the accounts in line with the growth plans [Value, Volume, GP & Market Share]
- Lead the trade negotiations with the accounts to drive mutual profitable growth
- Devise the JBP with the accounts to drive win-win solutions as part of the growth plan
- Planning marketing calendar of Promotions & Activations and aligning the same with accounts
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong customer relationships to gather actionable insights, enabling the development of strategic plans to drive category growth and gain market share
- Deepen account relationships to co-create creative ways to attract more consumers to the frozen category, explore to create in-store touch points to bring the frozen category closer to the shoppers
- Work closely with the customer’s & McCain’s marketing team to understand the latest trends in the food space – and mutually launch NPDs to ensure continued excitement in the category
- Leverage customers’ omnichannel presence to boost category penetration, devise strategies on platform to drive recruitment and expand reach.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Ensuring controls & financial hygiene: Collaborate closely with internal & Customer’s Commercial team to maintain a consistent cadence to financial processes [reconciliations/NDCs] to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Best in Class Customer Service Levels – Partner with Supply chain to ensure accurate forecast, maximize fill rates
