Key Responsibilities:
Financial Support:
- Assist Finance, Accounts & Operations team in preparing MIS reports.
- Support Import Team in preparing DA/Label Data and follow-ups.
- Reconcile Sales & Accounts Receivable (AR), Returns to Vendor (RTV), and General Ledger (GL) with Retailers.




- Record consignment chain sales for reporting to COE team for accounting purposes.
- Reconcile Discounts/Offers related transactions and account post seeking approvals.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly Sales MIS reports.
- File GST returns and manage GST payments.
- Assist in GST audits and share GST payment challans.
- Manage Customer Creation process.
- Account for Bank receipts from customers and transparent AR applications
- Send bi-monthly receivable statement with customers and follow up for timely collection
- Undertake periodic reconciliation with Customers
- Provide monthly provisions related to Discount, Marketing Debit notes from customers etc.

Customer/Retailer Engagement:
- Maintain customer requirement data and facilitate communication.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Salary Accounting for Airport Staff and related applications.
- Assist in Bad Debts/Provision calculations and rep
