Job Description
About the role:

Survey and Loss assessment of damage vehicle.
Process claims with the prescribed TAT of the company.
Coordination with Insured, workshops and internal stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of quality and efficiency.
Customer centric approach with minimum customer complaints.

What you’ll do:
- CPL Score (Targets on different parameters related to claim assessment)
- Work Approval TAT
- Bill to Payment TAT
- Discrepancy reduction
- VOC (Customer complaints)

What you’ll need:

B.E. in Mechanical / Automobiles with minimum 1 year experience
Diploma . in Mechanical / Automobiles with minimum 1 year experience
ITI with minimum 3-5 yrs experience




Candidate should have worked in Motor claims department of any insurance company or
Should be from a workshop background working in Bodyshop department,
For TW requirement candidate should be working in TW bodyshop department.
For Female candidates we can also look for graduates with an experience or background of Motor claims.

Person should be sincere, with high integrity and ownership level, valuable interpersonal skills with an eye for detail.
Candidates with IRDA surveyor license preferred although it is not a prerequisite.
