Job Description

As a Senior Solution specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of business processes in our back-office systems. You will be the end-to-end owner of one or several key IT solutions within Back-Office Services, aligning the delivery roadmap, innovation pipeline, and continuous improvement plan with business needs. You will ensure support structures and run KPIs are maintained, and you will collaborate closely with business process owners (BPOs) or functional heads to prioritize initiatives.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above,



the primary mission of the Senior Solution specialist will be to oversee the deployment of the finance core model for the global SAP rollout. This involves:
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of the finance core model into the business operations.
- Managing the project timeline and resources to achieve the successful implementation of the finance core model within the specified deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and financial standards during the deployment process.
- Providing training and support to local teams to facilitate the adoption of the recent finance core model.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the finance core model post-deployment to ensure it meets business requirements and KPIs.
