Multiplier is seeking an experienced Entity Compliance Specialist to join our team for the position of Entity Specialist- Compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws. This role requires a robust understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to provide expert advice to stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all entities within the organization are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

In this role, you will be working closely with various teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. You will also be required to provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities
- As an Entity Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all entities within the organization are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. This includes but not limited to, Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment Act.




- You will provide expert advice to stakeholders on compliance matters, including but not limited to, corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws. This will involve analyzing complex legal and regulatory requirements and providing guidance on how to comply.
- You will conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks, and recommend corrective actions as needed. This will involve analyzing data and identifying areas where the organization may be non-compliant.
- You will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
