Role Objective
To drive online sales growth, conversions, and repeat purchases across:
- Brand Website (Shopify / WooCommerce)
- Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Social Commerce (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute D2C and marketplace growth strategies
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplace ads
- Optimize conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and customer retention
- Handle product listings, pricing,
promotions, and visibility on marketplaces
- Drive social commerce sales through Instagram and WhatsApp marketing
- Track performance metrics and share actionable growth insights
- Collaborate with design, tech, logistics, and customer support teams
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and ads
- Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
