Description
We are looking for an SEO Team Lead / Assistant Manager to drive scalable organic growth across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and generative discovery platforms. This role combines leadership, strategic SEO ownership, technical expertise, AI-first optimization, and automation-led execution.
The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering measurable SEO growth, managing teams, handling enterprise SEO accounts, and building scalable SEO systems powered by AI, automation, semantic search, and data-driven insights.
You'll act as a bridge between strategy, execution, innovation, and leadership — helping future-proof organic visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews (AIO), ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other LLM-driven ecosystems.
This is a remote position and requires solid communication skills, self-management abilities, and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy, Leadership & Account Ownership
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy for enterprise and high-value client accounts.




- Translate business goals into scalable organic growth roadmaps.
- Lead strategic planning across technical SEO, content SEO, semantic SEO, and authority building.
- Present growth strategies, forecasting, and SEO recommendations confidently to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and industry trends.

2. Team Management & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of SEO Specialists and Executives.
- Review audits, keyword research, content briefs, reports, and implementation plans.
- Build SEO SOPs, workflows, QA systems, and best-practice documentation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.

3. Keyword, Intent & Market Intelligence
- Lead advanced keyword research, entity research, and semantic topic clustering.
- Ensure accurate intent mapping across informational, commercial, and transactional queries.
