WHERE YOU FIT IN

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. This is a senior individual contributor role – you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, working as a trusted expert alongside our engineering teams rather than as a people manager.



Beyond pipeline ownership, you will act as a force multiplier for a broader engineering organisation, collaborating closely with development, QA, platform, operations, and security teams to build robust, secure, and efficient delivery pipelines and cloud operations. The role demands deep engineering and DevOps expertise, combined with a genuine passion for automation and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Act as a force multiplier for a wider engineering team of ~50 engineers — building internal tooling, shared workflows, and self-service infrastructure to maximise their productivity and autonomy.
- Design, implement, review and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, independently driving improvements from end to end.
- Design and deliver production-ready CD pipelines, implementing safe deployment strategies.
- Contribute to the development of .NET services and internal
