We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate (Fresher) to support day-to-day inventory operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth material flow within the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to start their career in Supply Chain or Manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory
Support in maintaining optimal inventory levels for smooth production and dispatch
Monitor stock movement and update inventory records regularly
Participate in cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification
Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for stock-related activities
Enter and update data in ERP/software systems (GRN,
material issue, returns, dispatch entries)
Prepare basic MIS reports and inventory status reports
Support inventory audits and documentation processes
Follow company inventory control procedures and guidelines
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, filters, basic Pivot Tables preferred)
Basic understanding of inventory concepts (FIFO, stock register, GRN, etc.)
Valuable numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn ERP/software systems (such as Zoho Inventory / SAP – training will be provided)
Qualifications
MBA preferred
Freshers are encouraged to apply
