Senior Executive – B2B Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Executive – Sales to support business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and sales execution. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
- Identify and generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions with prospective customers.




- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and customer retention.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products, services, and commercial solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure and smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, commercial agreements, and other sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities through CRM and sales trackers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to drive conversions and strengthen engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the achievement of team sales targets through consistent business development efforts.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, and business performance summaries.
