Position Python & AI Application Developer (LLM / GenAI)

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Python & AI Application Developer with 2–4 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python programming, Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.), web application development, cloud hosting, and up-to-date AI application frameworks.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and supporting GenAI applications that solve real business problems across sales, operations, analytics, customer service, and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
 Design and develop scalable applications using Python.
 Build web applications and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
 Develop AI-powered solutions using LLM APIs.
 Integrate applications with databases, enterprise systems, and third-party APIs.




 Build user-friendly interfaces using Streamlit, React, or similar technologies.
AI & LLM Development
 Integrate and optimize OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other LLM APIs.
 Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
 Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality.
 Build document processing and knowledge search solutions.
 Develop AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
 Optimize token consumption, response quality, and application performance.
Data & Database Management
 Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.
 Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, DuckDB, or similar databases.
 Develop ETL and data ingestion pipelines.
 Handle structured and unstructured data.
Cloud & Deployment

 Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 Manage application hosting and monitoring.
 Configure CI/CD pipelines.
