Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring and support the growth of our teams. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on hiring expectations.
- Build and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct detailed screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
