Job Description:

Finance
 Controlling cost of borrowing by computing Interest and other financial charges on cash
credit facility, bills discounting facility, factoring charges, Buyer’s credit and others facility
realizing charges
 Managing record of Financial MIS like Invoice factoring facility, Bills discounting limit,
Buyer’s Credit facility, Export Packing credit Facility, Term Loans, cash credit limit and
other trade facility to forecast future financial needs and utilization of available financial
facility by minimizing cost of borrowing.
 Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly financial reports, FFR, QRR, UHFC (Un-
hedge foreign currency exposure report) and others reports or proposals for
renewal/addition of existing financial facility from bank and other lending agencies.
 Inventory Valuation, Debtors & Creditors Ageing analysis for DP calculation.
 Preparing Quarterly and Yearly financial presentation for Investors and other
stakeholders.
 Preparing details & documents required for stock audit




 Maintaining effective liaising with banking and other lending authorities to ensure smooth
dealings for credit facilities.
 Maintaining records of FDR’s against fund base & non fund base facility.
 Preparing documents for discounting of Sales & Purchase Invoices.
 Managing MIS for trade finance suppliers, checking & verification of commission and
interest charged by suppliers on every invoices.
 Preparing marine insurance declaration.
 Managing GPCB record.

 Export
• Preparing pre-shipments documents
• Coordinating with production team for material production in stipulated time as per order
specification
• Negotiating with shipping line and forwarder for container booking
• Processing Online booking on various shipping line portal
• Price negotiating with transporter for container movement from plant to ICD/ direct
ports
• Coordination with CHA for filing shipping bill and custom clearance process
• Online submission of RFID Seal.
