JOB DESCRIPTION: IBU DD&T; Digital Access & Pricing Delivery Lead

ROLE OBJECTIVE
- Own and drive the day‑to‑day delivery and evolution of digital Market Access & Pricing products within the mAI Access ecosystem, acting as the delivery lead for the mAI Access delivery team.
- As delivery lead, orchestrate the cadence, capacity and performance of the entire mAI Access ICC delivery team (consisting of Product Designers, Business Analysts, Frontend Engineers, Backend Engineers, Data and AI Architects, Data Ontologist and Scrum Masters) in close alignment with the Product Owners, ensuring solutions are built right, built fast and built to be adopted.




- Act as product owner for the mAI One Stop Shop and mAI Assistant which serve as central hubs for the entire mAI Access ecosystem solutions
- Translate product strategy and roadmap direction into transparent backlogs, executable user stories and working software

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead and orchestrate all mAI Access & Pricing ICC delivery resources across product, design, business analysis, engineering, data, AI, infrastructure and security, managing capacity, sequencing and cross-functional dependencies while partnering closely with external suppliers as needed.
- Maintain delivery transparency through backlog health, sprint metrics, RAID / dependency logs and release readiness reporting.
- Own and manage the technical product backlog for One Stop Shop and mAI Assistant capabilities while ensuring a data foundation that can serve the right data in the right way to other mAI Access Solutions, for example the Insights Generator by collaborating with the Data Managem
