Description
As a Senior Executive in the Training department for Popeyes, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our store operations. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective training initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, ultimately driving the success and growth of our business. You will collaborate closely with HR and in-store training teams to conduct comprehensive training programs and on-the-job certifications for both new and existing employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and improving the overall store training health through regular audits, ensuring that our training processes are effective and aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, covering all aspects of store operations.
- Conduct on-the-job training and certifications to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
- Collaborate with HR and in-store training teams to develop and implement training strategies.




- Track and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and ensure training effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits of store training health and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Provide support and guidance to store managers and employees on training-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all training-related policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of Employer of Choice initiatives through innovative training interventions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Training and Development, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a training or HR role, preferably in the QSR industry.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
