Job Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in preparing Indian food items
- Support in cutting, chopping, marination, and basic cooking work
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work area
- Follow instructions from CDP / Sous Chef / Head Chef
- Ensure proper storage of food items and raw materials
- Help in plating and timely service during peak hours
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Indian kitchen operations
- Experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Hardworking, disciplined, and team player
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Preferred Candidate:
- 6 months to 2 years experience in Indian kitchen
