Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Design telecom network infrastructure (fiber, RF, copper, wireless) for current and existing projects.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, route maps, schematics, and technical documentation using AutoCAD or GIS tools.
- Perform site surveys and analyze field data to develop cost-effective and compliant designs.
- Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and field technicians to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with national/international telecom standards and client requirements.
- Support the preparation of bills of materials (BoMs), design estimates, and tender documentation.
- Provide technical guidance during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
- Keep up to date with latest technologies and regulations in the telecom sector.




- Participate in quality assurance processes and design reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure/network design.
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, GIS, MicroStation, or similar.
- Knowledge of fiber optics, FTTx, RF, IP networks, or mobile communication systems.
- Familiarity with network planning tools and software is a plus (e.g., MapInfo, ArcGIS, OSP Insight).
