The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to take ownership of the finance function and support the company's continued growth.



This role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, financial planning, and stakeholder reporting while helping build scalable finance processes within a quick-growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Own the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, adjustments, and month-end close activities.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to management.

Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and submit tax filings and statutory reports accurately and on time.
