Job Description: Social media executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team for Indian and international clients. The Social Media Specialist will work in tandem with other teams and be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, You Tube and TikTok.
2. Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each social media platform and target audience.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand,



and actively participate in conversations to foster engagement.
4. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
6. Analyse social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize strategies and content.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our social media presence and reach current audiences.
