Job Description:

The HR Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development aligned with the company’s business goals.

Strategic HR Leadership

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate, technology, and field roles

Strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines, especially in niche agritech roles

Performance Management & Rewards

Drive a robust performance management system aligned with business outcomes
