1. Production Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring the highest
quality standards and efficiency levels are maintained.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and
support to achieve production targets.
3. Process Optimization: continuously improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance
productivity through innovation and best practices.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all products meet or
exceed industry standards.
5. Inventory Management: efficiently manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to minimize
costs and maximize production uptime.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Work closely with senior management to develop and manage budgets,
controlling production costs while ensuring quality.
7. Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working setting by enforcing safety policies and procedures and
promoting a culture of safety awareness.

8. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of production machinery and equipment to
minimize downtime.
9. Reporting: Prepare regular production reports and performance metrics for senior management.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive
continuous improvement in production processes.
