- Lead procurement and installation activities for new vehicle variants, coordinating cross-functionally to facilitate seamless integration into existing assembly lines.
- Design and implement robust processes for the introduction of recent products and models into the vehicle assembly line, focussing on efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Develop comprehensive budgets addressing facility requirements, tooling, and equipment acquisition; monitor expenditures to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Conduct detailed reviews of Process Change Request Notices (PCRN) and Product Deviation Request Notices (PDRN) to evaluate, approve and track the implementation status as per defined checklists for designated shops.
- Coordinate Design Change Proposal (DCP) reviews as necessary,
ensuring readiness for process audits and alignment with quality standards within assigned shops.
- Address and resolve line process challenges, field-related issues, and quality non-conformances proactively, deploying effective root cause analysis and corrective measures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work content reduction within existing vehicle assembly workflows to enhance productivity, reduce cycle time, and optimise resource utilisation.
- Prepare and revise layouts for manufacturing cells and workshop floors to maximise space utilisation and process flow, thereby contributing to overall operational excellence.
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment designs comply with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) guidelines to maintain quality and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Quality, Production, and Supplier Engineering to harmonise product and pr
