Position Title: Logistics Supervisor

Position Overview

The Logistics Leader will report to the Supply Chain Manager and be responsible for leading end-to-end Logistics Operations across India. The role will ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective domestic transportation, import and export operations, customs compliance, trade compliance, warehouse logistics coordination, and execution of strategic logistics initiatives.



The incumbent will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Global Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, Transporters, Government Authorities, and external logistics partners to ensure uninterrupted customer deliveries while maintaining full compliance with statutory and H.B. Fuller global policies.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead domestic transportation operations and on-time delivery performance
- Optimize freight utilization, logistics costs, and transportation efficiency
- Manage carrier performance, freight contracts, and KPI reporting
- Oversee import/export operations, customs clearance, and shipping documentation
- Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, EPCG, GST, AEO, and trade regulations
