This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial statements for the management company and affiliated entities.
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense allocations across entities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Assist with tax filings and liaise with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable accounting standards.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
- Collaborate with operations, legal, and investor relations teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Participate in system implementations and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Chartered Accountant designation preferred.
