Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Supplier Management

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Negotiate and establish agreements based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers while exploring current sourcing opportunities.
Purchase Planning

Collaborate with departments to determine procurement needs.
Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet production schedules.
Negotiation





Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Secure cost-effective terms without compromising quality.
Order Processing

Prepare and manage purchase orders , ensuring accuracy.
Coordinate deliveries and resolve order-related issues.
Compliance and Documentation

Maintain detailed procurement records and prepare activity reports.
Market Analysis

Monitor market trends, new products, and supplier performance.
Provide insights on potential suppliers and market conditions.
Cost Management

Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring quality.
Track and analyze procurement costs.
