Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented General Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team at Grand Mercure Mysore, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure function smoothly and efficiently. You'll work collaboratively with various departments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. If you're a problem-solver who takes pride in keeping our facilities in top condition, we'd love to hear from you
- Perform routine inspections of premises, building systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
