About The Role





We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to lead the design of complex, high-value customer solutions across the VOIS organisation. This role focuses on large, multi-tower opportunities, bringing together technology, business, care and corporate services into compelling, commercially sound propositions. The individual will work closely with customers up to CxO level, sales teams, service towers and delivery leaders to ensure solutions are differentiated, deliverable, and profitable.

What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end solution definition for large, complex opportunities (typically exceeding €5m contract value) across multiple service towers and service units.
- Engage directly with customers, including senior executives, to understand strategic objectives and translate these into value-led solution propositions.
- Orchestrate integrated solutions across technology, business services
