We are seeking a agile and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client’s growing team. The role involves promoting interior design and turnkey execution services, engaging with prospective clients, and driving new business opportunities through strategic marketing and on-ground sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services and build brand awareness.

Engage with clients, architects, real estate developers, and lifestyle partners to generate qualified leads.

Manage digital campaigns, content marketing, social media, and SEO in collaboration with the creative team.

Plan and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and industry collaborations.

Handle client inquiries, conduct initial consultations, and support the sales pipeline.

Track and report marketing ROI, lead conversions, and performance metrics.

Assist in creating pitch presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.

Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and client communication workflows





Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or premium lifestyle sectors.

Role includes field sales and client-facing responsibilities.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems (preferred).
