Product Development
- Research, create and introduce new products and services.
- Oversee the development, management & promotion of products and services.
- Lead /Participate in meetings and provide advice & guidance on direction of products.
- Interface with the IT team, vendors, business managers and partner closely with other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactively improve the serviceability of products by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps and consolidating product feedback.
- Champion customer experience, advocating for feature requests and offering product improvements backed by data-driven insights.
- Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
- Ensure the launched product details are updated on Sales force and the website.
