We are now looking for an experienced and outcome-driven Director - AI Delivery to join our leadership team and drive high-impact delivery across some of the most influential BFSI enterprises in the region.
The Role
This is a mission-critical role. You will own client projects end-to-end - from POC to full-scale onboarding and ongoing adoption. You will be the face of GreyLabs AI for our enterprise clients, ensuring seamless execution, consistent value delivery, and strong, trust-driven relationships.
This is not a coordination or oversight role. You will lead, not manage on paper.
Key Responsibilities
Own & Lead Delivery
- Take complete ownership of client engagements from kickoff to go-live.
- Drive outcomes with autonomy - if it’s your project, you make it successful.
Client Leadership
- Lead high-quality client conversations (including CXO-level discussions).
