Role
- Develop an implement effective sales strategies
- Understand WTW’s capabilities and tools and identify the right opportunities
- Prepare sales agreements, proposals and other documents ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guideline.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and deliver best results to the client.
- Resolve client’s issues.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- MBA/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- 5-10 years experience in Sales
- Demonstrated achievement in new business acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
