to matter far beyond presentations and reports. This is a role for someone who sits comfortably at
the intersection of policy, analytics, and public impact, someone who can move
from evidence to insight, and from insight to action. You’ll work on some of
the most important questions in development and government transformation:
social protection, G2P systems, subsidies, inclusive development, digital
governance, and public service delivery. In this role, you won’t just study programs from a
distance. You’ll help shape how governments and institutions think about
welfare, inclusion, and delivery at scale. One day you may be synthesising evidence on social protection reform; the next, designing analytical approaches
for a government program, developing strategic recommendations for a
development partner, or crafting a compelling proposal for a current opportunity. We’re looking for someone with 7–8 years of
experience who brings both rigour and judgment,



someone who can work with data,
engage with stakeholders, write with clarity, and contribute to building ideas that
