It's an exciting time at ZINIER Fresh off of our Series A from Accel Partners (one of Silicon Valley’s premier VCs), we are currently expanding our rockstar Solution Development team. Our Solution Development team is on a mission to build an easy-to-use solution based on industry best practices and customer requests. We are looking for a Solution Developer to build the workflows, data models and UI for web and mobile pages. This role ensures that the end solution that is designed and sold to the client (including the different technical or service components) meets the client requirements.
Ideally you have demonstrated an excellent track record for transforming technical requirements into a fully functioning solution, envisioning the end result based on customer needs and identifying opportunities to optimize the solution. You should be a technically savvy, self-driven, detail-oriented person. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of data models, relational database methodology, process flows and use cases
- Understand constraints or features of the out of the box solution
- Experience developing based on user stories and technical requirements
- Update requirements document based on change requests or UAT feedback
- Develop setting with performance optimization and scalability in mind
- Work directly with Implementation manager and Solution Architects to understand customer expectations
- Responsible for customizing platform to fit client requirements
- Able to deliver high-quality customization
- Collaborate with the fellow Solution Developers to deliver a high quality system
- Work in an Agile environment, mostly using Sprints
- Develop strong working relationships with other teams within the organization and foster cross team collaboration
