CEO-FUEL RETAIL(WESTERN REGION)

About You:
The candidate for CEO (Regional - West) would be driving the entire Sales & Operations function for the region(Maharashtra).The CEO is expected to drive the entire Retail set up , Franchisee /Distribution set up , & smooth flow of operations for all the states that falls under his region. The states- Rajasthan, Gujarat & Maharashtra retail set up , the entire state employees shall be reporting into the West CEO along with the state head , there respected team including Area Sales Manager, Associate Managers , Supply Chain Managers would be reporting to the CEO.
The position shall be accountable for achieving Sales and targets by expansion of Retailer /Franchisee network, leading and inspiring the Franchisee/Retailer, achieving the width of expansion, building volumes and implementing the marketing and sales promotion strategies.
