About the team:
The Direct and Facultative Data and Analytics team offer a wide range of analytical support to the broking team in order to secure the best results for our clients. Typical analytical support includes data management, catastrophe modelling, exposure management, financial modelling, data science and bespoke analytics, including the development of analytical tools and applications.
The team also supports the analysis and pricing of casualty risks, including a range of liability exposures. The focus of our team is to provide brokers with a deeper understanding of their clients' risks across a range of natural and man-made perils, as well as casualty and liability exposures, using data, modelling and advanced analytical techniques to support informed decision-making.
Job Summary:
In this role, the individual will work closely with Brokers in the Global Markets Direct and Facultative team to deliver market leading analytics. On a day-to-day basis, the individual will be involved in processing and auditing client data, running client portfolios against state-of-the-art catastrophe models, and synthesising the results. They will be required to take a methodical approach to problem solving and be proactive in meaningfully contributing to the success of Direct and Facultative team.
