Role purpose
K Natural is building a premium natural home textile brand rooted in quiet design, hand craftsmanship, plant-based dyeing, and natural fabrics. The Sales Head – Online Sales will lead the creation and scale-up of the brand’s digital commerce business, owning revenue growth across D2C channels in India first and subsequently selected international markets such as the USA and Scandinavia.

Key responsibilities
• Own the overall online sales strategy for K Natural across the brand website, marketplaces, and other digital commerce channels in India.
• Build the D2C revenue roadmap from launch stage to scale, including assortment planning, pricing architecture, promotional calendars, inventory alignment, and channel-wise growth plans.
• Work closely with promoter, product, operations, and marketing teams to translate K Natural’s natural-material and handcrafted positioning into commercially effective online offers and collections.




• Lead marketplace strategy where relevant, including onboarding, catalogue quality, content optimization, ratings, reviews, campaign participation, and profitability management.
• Drive full-funnel e-commerce performance across traffic, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase, CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, and customer retention.
• Build launch plans for priority product categories such as bath textiles, woven rugs, table textiles, and living textile ranges.
• Develop market-entry playbooks for international e-commerce expansion in later phases, beginning with market prioritization, channel selection, pricing logic, cross-border readiness, and localized customer experience.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure service levels, dispatch timelines, returns handling, and customer satisfaction are aligned with a premium brand promise.
